Email is the best way to reach us, and every message is read by a person. We usually reply within two to three working days. Messages in English are answered fastest, but you are welcome to write in any of the languages the site is available in.

Reporting a bug

A good bug report helps us fix the problem quickly. Please include:

Which test or tool you were using, and the page address
Your device and browser, for example an Android phone with Chrome or a Windows laptop with Firefox
What you expected to happen and what happened instead
Whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes
A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see on the page

Timing tests can give different results on different hardware. If your reaction time looks slower than you expected, try the test on another device or browser first. A slow monitor, a wireless mouse or battery saving mode can add tens of milliseconds, and that is a property of the device rather than a bug in the test.

Suggesting a test

If there is a skill you would like to measure and it is not on the site yet, tell us what it should test, how long it should take and how you would expect it to be scored. Suggestions that many people ask for are the ones we build first. You can see what is already available on the home page.

Corrections

We try to keep every article accurate. If you notice a wrong number, a broken link or a claim that you think needs a source, send us the page address and the sentence in question. We check every correction and update the page when it is right.

Scores and personal data

Your scores are stored only in your own browser, so we cannot look up, restore or delete them for you. You can remove them yourself at any time from the dashboard, or by clearing site data in your browser settings. We will never ask you for a password, payment details or your scores by email.

Advertising and business enquiries

Human Benchmark Tests is free to use and is supported by advertising. If you would like to discuss advertising, sponsorship or a partnership, email us with “Business” in the subject line. We do not accept paid links or sponsored content that is not clearly labelled.

Before you write

Is the test not loading? Refresh the page and make sure your browser is up to date. The tests need JavaScript to be turned on.
Did your scores disappear? Scores are kept in your browser, so they are removed when you clear browsing data or use private browsing mode.
Is the site affiliated with humanbenchmark.com? No. Human Benchmark Tests is an independent project. Please contact that site directly about its own tests or accounts.
